Steam Roller Texture Smoothing Base & Top Coat

Application Usage:  Use as a Ridge Filling Base Coat - a perfect start to any mani or use as a Texture Smoothing topcoat with a textured polish. After you have applied your polish with a glitter, flakie, glow in the dark, or reflective glitter finish and let it FULLY dry, add a layer of Steam Roller on top, it applies shiny but dries semi-satin and then are ready for a glossy or matte topcoat -we recommend Illuminate and Cloud Cover- It will add that extra layer of smoothing action to that texture.
